Very thorough video, Juan. This sounds like a fun assignment and your students will certainly be stretching their digital literacy skills. We need to raise our expectations from students regarding educational technology. This lesson plan does an excellent job of that. I also like how you are giving them choices. One question I have is why do you limit their choices of cultures to research? Do you think it would increase the authenticity if you said any Spanish speaking culture? Just a thought.

Juan, I am always so impressed with how creative your work is! You do so much to allow your students to go above and beyond with Spanish. I really enjoyed how you offered your students different ways to present their information. I believe this is to be a crucial part of teaching, allowing everyone the chance to shine and present in a way most comfortable to them. I also like the peer reflection rubric.
